Privacy
What we know about you, what we do with it, and what we don't.
Era Interiors is a referral-based practice. Our clients are introduced to us by architects, designers, and previous clients who trust us with access to private residences, detailed knowledge of how those residences are configured, and information about the people who live in them. That trust is the foundation of everything we do. We protect it accordingly.
Privacy at Era is not a compliance posture. It is a professional commitment that runs in both directions: we protect what our clients share with us, and we expect the same discretion from anyone we work with.
When you submit an inquiry through this website, we collect the information you provide: your name, contact information, and project description. We use this information to evaluate the inquiry and respond to you. We do not sell this information, share it with third parties for marketing purposes, or add you to mailing lists without your consent.
This website does not use advertising trackers. We use standard analytics to understand how the site is used in aggregate. We do not use this data to identify individual visitors.
Project information — building addresses, floor plans, budgets, scope details, and client identities — is held in strict confidence. Era does not publish project photography, reference client names, or discuss specific commissions without explicit written permission from the client.
We do not use completed projects for portfolio or marketing purposes without permission. Many of our projects have never been photographed for public use. This is intentional.
The confidentiality commitment runs both ways. Era's pricing, fabrication methods, supplier relationships, and project documentation are proprietary. Clients, architects, and designers who work with us receive this information in the context of a specific project. It is not to be shared, forwarded, or published without Era's written consent.
Project correspondence and documentation are retained for seven years following project completion for operational and legal purposes. Inquiry information from projects that did not proceed is retained for one year and then deleted.
